White Dream, Iceland

This image was captured in the "Gold Coast" of Iceland. A very remote place in Northern Iceland, accesable only by helicopter. The landscape combined with the light created an incredibly etherial and otherworldly feeling. There was no one around except our group of 4 people, all on skis. The silence was magical, which is what I hope to convey with this image.

This image is printed on heavyweight museum-grade archival Hahnemühle Cotton rag photo paper with archival pigment inks.

The image is printed with a 1.25 - 2" white border depending on image size and signed by the artist. If you prefer no border or a mat for framing please contact the shop for a custom order.

Framing:

Frames are exquisitely handmade of fine hardwoods (Ash and Maple) and are works of art in themselves. Depending on the frame size, they have a 1/2" - 3/4" face and 1 1/4" - 2 1/4" frame depth.  There are four finish options: Solid White, Whitewash Ash, Light Grey Ash, or Solid Black. Pieces are framed with museum grade 99% UV Plexi and framed in a style where the print is set to the back of the frame with a spacer between the print and the plexi. 

***Please note - If you will be hanging your art in a space with a lot of light and reflection, we recommend you upgrade the plexi to Optium Museum Acrylic anit-reflective.

Prints ship within 7-10 days. Framed pieces require a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
